About Our Church
The History
New Life Apostolic Church Ministries started with humble beginnings, founded nearly forty years ago by Bishop Emeritus Charlie W. Witcher, Sr. with the support of his loving wife, the late First Lady Emeritus Brenda J. Witcher, and their three children. After a period of transition during the illness of his wife, Bishop Emeritus has retired and the mantle has passed to his eldest son.
The Merger
In 2022, Bishop Wes Witcher, Jr. reunited with the ministry of his father, as prophesied by the late Apostle Floyd E. Nelson. After pastoring for nearly a decade and founding Kingdom Ministry Church in Hurt, VA, he also began to pastor New Life Apostolic Church in Chatham. A year later, a vision was fulfilled as the ministries combined in Chatham. A church alive is worth the drive!
The Movement
We are New Life Kingdom Ministry Church, and we truly believe that "We're Better Together." There is room for everyone in the body of Christ; we need you! There is a place for you to learn, to worship, to grow. Come as you are and let God guide you to where you need to be. Join us as we fellowship together and draw nearer to Him.
